Could be better, read on
The location is fantastic with coffee shops and the metro just steps away. The comfy double bed was a plus, but the room was tight and the pillows left much to be desired. A popular black cat stole the show, bringing a cozy charm to the stay.

I had a double room included with big king size double bed. The personnel was very-very nice as expected.

Perfect location with parking nearby, really helpful staff in the night shift. Close to an underground station, easy to move around. Had double room with big king size double bed.

Cozy stay with a charming balcony, but the compact room made it hard to move around comfortably.

Honestly, I expected a washroom with a bidet but got a standard toilet instead. The noise at night made it impossible to sleep with guests indulging themselves next door. I almost thought about leaving a good review for the black cat, but then I remembered the lack of a kettle in the room.

The location is prime for access to nearby attractions and public transport. I bumped into a black cat that seemed to enjoy the attention from guests.
Mornings sounded like a wild party with noise echoing from adjacent rooms. The shower water drained poorly, leaving me standing in a pool of used water, and the lack of cooling options meant I had to endure warmth without ventilation. The linens weren't replaced until day three, disappointing for a place claiming a decent reputation.

My recent stay was cozy and charming, especially the good balcony overlooking the street, but I found the compact room quite a tight squeeze for my needs.

The unique charm of the room's balcony provided a pleasant spot to enjoy morning coffee while soaking in the street view. The proximity to the metro station makes it convenient for exploring the area, especially after a long day of adventuring around.
It wasn't without its flaws-the shower drained poorly, leaving behind a pool of water, made washing up far less than refreshing. The noise at night from nearby rooms wasn't just a whisper. It was like a wild party at times, and without an air conditioner or proper ventilation, it was tough to get comfortable. The linens were only changed on the third night of my stay, a letdown for a place that's supposed to maintain a decent reputation.

Stayed in lafayette for 5 nights and it was great! The room looked just like the pictures and was super clean. We loved how close it was to the metro station. Don't miss the bakery 'maison bayat', a short walk away. It was fantastic!

Would recommend for a short-term stay
Charming room, friendly staff, the good balcony overlooking the street made for a lovely morning coffee experience, and the 24-hour reception ensured we had assistance whenever we needed it.
Nothing bad to say.

The staff was super friendly. The location is perfect for morning coffee and croissants, and close to the metro. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were fresh, great! It felt cozy and quiet throughout our stay.
The pillows coulda been more comfy and I was expecting a bit more space in the room. The shower glass was kinda weird.
